Lander A. Linen

Lander A. Linen a PhD Student enrolled in the Built Ecologies Program at CASE. She is an interdisciplinary student, advised under Alexandros Tsamis. 

Lander is a curious and dedicated scholar, working at CASE, to make beneficial contributions in science that will serve toward the betterment of humanity and nature. Lander holds a Masters in Engineering Science from RPI. Her masters work focused in Leadership, Management, and Data Analytics. Her Masters project; Task and Relationship: A study of Leadership Behaviors in Botanical Garden Executives was presented at the American Public Garden Annual Conference of 2024. Lander is a skilled botanist and observer of the natural world. Holding a B.S in Plant Science and an A.S. in Animal Industry from the State University of New York, College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill. She has interned extensively with the Institut de France at the Fondation Claude Monet in Giverny, France. This combination of skills and experiences provides her with a unique perspective to translate relationships between the natural environment and the built environment
