Administrative Coordinator, CASE/LESA/EBESS/CESMII

Quadir Webster is working at the center of three major programs on the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute campus. As the administrative coordinator for the Center for Lighting Enabled Systems and Application (LESA), the Center for Architecture, Science and Ecology (CASE), and the Clean Energy Smart Manufacturing Innovation Institute (CESMII), he assists with the administrative workflow by developing reporting procedures, serving as an inner office liaison, and maintaining the facility and office budgets. 

Quadir previously worked as a unit secretary at Saratoga Hospital, named one of “The World’s Best Hospitals” by Newsweek. 

Quadir began his work in administration at SUNY Adirondack, where he was responsible for four major departments on campus, while also receiving his associate degree in psychology with a concentration in industrial organizational psychology.  

Webster is currently obtaining his bachelor’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from Excelsior University.  

Outside of his work environment, Quadir has a one-year-old dalmatian puppy who consumes a large portion of his salary and time.
